Most custom commissions take four to eight weeks depending on the material. Hand-woven Montecristi straw pieces can take longer, as they are woven to order.

We offer complimentary U.S. ground shipping on orders over $100. Ready-to-ship hats can be returned within 30 days; custom pieces are final sale.
